Everything we do for a client happens inside one Microsoft environment that we own and control. No personal laptops, no email attachments, no files that leave the room.
Microsoft Azure
Review and drafting happen on Azure virtual machines inside our own Microsoft tenant. Each matter gets its own workspace, and the machines are locked down: no local downloads, no copying out, no personal devices.
Why it mattersYour documents sit in one controlled place for the whole engagement, in a data centre, not on someone’s desk.
Identity and access
Every person on your matter signs in with a named Microsoft account and multi‑factor authentication. Access is granted per matter and removed when the matter closes.
Why it mattersYou can ask who had access to your files on any given day, and we can answer.
Audit trail
Document access, changes and sign‑offs are logged. The log is returned with the finished work as part of the delivery.
Why it mattersA record you can hand to a client, a regulator or your own risk team without asking us for it.
Secure delivery
Files move through a shared, access‑controlled workspace at the start and end of a matter. Nothing travels as an email attachment.
Why it mattersThe weakest link in most outsourcing is the inbox. We take it out of the process.
Data protection
Work is handled in line with UK GDPR and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, with a confidentiality agreement signed before the first file moves.
